Windows 10: Windows 10 Update Errors When Installing Security Update KB5007186

For the past month, I have been trying to install this update. I have no trouble downloading the update, but installing it is another story. The same error message, Windows 10 Update Error 0x8007000d, pops up every time. I have gone on several different websites and forums, trying to find a way to fix this darn error, but haven't had any luck. I have tried: 1 resetting the Windows Update Components several times, 2 running DISM I have read the file generated, but since I'm not a computer tech, I don't understand a good percentage of it!, 3 turning my VPN pr

Windows 10 Update Error 0x8007000d when installing KB5007186

Had a problem since this update was released. Tried to install many times.

2021-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based Systems (KB5007186)
FAILED: 0x8007000d








Steps I have already taken to resolve the issue:

Windows 10 Update Troubleshooter: Did not find any issues;

sfc/scannow: Windows Resource Protection: Found issues with first time I ran it. I rebooted and ran it again, did not find any integrity violations.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth: The restore operation completed successfully.

Re-installation using standalone Windows Installer MSU file (downloaded from Windows Update Catalogue): Installation failed.

deleted all files from C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download: It did not help.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.
