Windows 10: Windows 10 Update Errors

I have an HP 8200 elite computer. I upgraded from Windows 7 pro to Windows 10 pro because I don't want to lose any data. I didn't have any problems during the upgrade. Windows 10 is activated and I do have access to the internet.


I am not able to install any Windows updates. I am getting two error messages, 8024401c and 80240fff and it still fails even if I check (windows update from Microsoft).


I did run SFC and came back clean, no errors.


I did DISM and again came back with no corruption.


I did check the box DEFER UPGRADE as well.


I did turn off the firewall settings.


What am I missing? I don't want to erase the drive and install a clean version of Windows 10. I will have to upgrade other office computers.

Hello, I am trying to update from Windows 8 to Windows 10 directly from notifications but I am getting this error after the setup is completed. I am getting this error after: C1900101-30018 Error
