    Windows update freezing on 81%

    Hello,

    I have tried multiple times to update my PC but my screen completely freezes on 81%. I have tried restarting, resetting to the previous state and even reinstalling a brand new windows with a new key, trouble shooting the update, yet I still get the same
    problem and it always freezes on 81%.

    Please any advice would be greatly appreciated as I need the PC for my work.



    Do I need to buy a new SSD?
