Windows 10: windows 10 update from 1809

I have windows 10 1809 brought in Oct 2019, windows not showing any updates since jan 2020 but gives a popup that shows updates available please update on trying online the chatbot shows a dialogue that there is a technical problem and automatic updates are not happening I checked and I have given prior permission for automatic updates even
