Windows 10 Update KB5000802 Windows Update Catalog

I'm unable to update windows 10 using the Windows Update Catalog. I'm using version 2004 when I try to apply the update the installer tells me I don't have the correct version. After talking to support the only help they could offer was to upgrade to version 20H2 then attempt the update. That version isn't carried in the Windows Update Catalog. I'm looking for alternatives to using the MCT or Windows Update to get the current KB.

    :)

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/defer-upgrades-in-windows-10

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.

    Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?
