Windows 10: Windows 10 update KB5005565 wont finish install

I have been trying to get windows 10 update KB5005565 to install for over a month now and have asked for help in several places with no success. Windows 10 Update will download and install and then ask to restart where it will continue to install and process the update. I will get a progress number to 100% and then the screen would change to a spinning circle, where I believe it is finalizing the install. I have let it run at this point for up to 14 hours before I decide it has hung and power off the computer and restart. Windows appears to install properly until I get a blue screen and it

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
