    Windows 10 update KB5006670 fails to install


    KB5006670 Failed to install on ‎10/‎28/‎2021 - 0x80070002That is bad enough. However microsoft immediately downloads again, and insists on rebooting my machine yet again. On my old windows 7 machine I could "hide" the update, but microsoft choose to remove this feature in windows 10. I have seen third party downloads that add this feature back. However I worry about malware. Any ideas on when microsoft is going to resolve this issue? Are these third party apps saffe? Thanks for any help.Lenovo Ideapad 3, ssd drive.
