Windows 10: Windows 10 Update KB5019959 causes BSOD on boot with error Stop Code: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

Hello!I recently installed the "2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems KB5019959" on my computer.It began crashing on boot and stayed that way for a minute or so then showed a BSOD with the error "Stop Code: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION". It would crash like this every time I booted into Windows, but every third boot it would load into some sort of recovery mode and prompt to either troubleshoot or continue booting. Troubleshooting didn't work, and continuing the boot actually boots the device normally for some reason.First, I tried:- Unplugging all external de
