    Windows 10 update long brought errors on Wallpaper


    Am running Windows 10 on HP Pavilion. Since a number of Windows updates ago, I have not been able to change the Desktop wallpaper. I have tried many of the suggestions made, including checking my temp files etc. Today, after the Sept update, even the old background has disappeared. Only color selection works. Pictures or Slideshows don't.


    How do I resolve this with finality?
