Windows 10: windows 10 update menu was not loading.. needs some help urgent

my network at good speed and all the settings also works well and i completed the sfc /scannow also but it does not helped me and if i open the update and security tab in the setting it shows 'something went wrong. try to reopen settings later' on the windows update menu in my windows 10 please i need some help to fix this problem and i am updated the new version of the windows 10 2004

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” option on top left pane.
• Select “Windows Update” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Windows Update Screwed up need help urgently


So i was updating windows and it failed so my pc restarted and now i cant do anything cant lqunch any programs or open the start menu i try restart it via crt alt dlt and it tells me it needs to update so i let it update and then it fails and the same thing happens again plz i need help urgently

 

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
