Windows 10: Windows 10 update not working

One time I when I was updating windows and it was taking forever so I decided to shut down the computer. And than it told me the update wasn’t able to be completed and it was undoing the changes and I thought that it shouldn’t be a big problem. After that I couldn’t update my Windows 10 at all every update failed for some reason. I could still use the computer but Windows update just wont work for some reason. It stops at 98% than says that it couldn’t complete the update and its undoing the changes. It’s not a big deal really it’s just bothering me. I already tried everything like sfc/scannow

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.
