Windows 10 update of December 19, 2018 Version:OS Build 17134.472 causes cursor on wireless...

I have 2 Dell desktop computers with Windows 10. Both are fairly new. i.e. two years old. One has a Microsoft wireless 4000 mouse. The other has a Logitech wireless. The mice are probably 4 or 5 years old. Both of the cursors on both of them became extremely unstable after the above referenced update on December 19, 2018. I was on the phone with logitech support for over two hours and was not able to make their mouse work. I wasn't able to speak with anyone at microsoft about this. I tried everything. New batteries, cleaning the optics, rebooting, updating all MS and Logitech products, deleting and reinstalling Logitech software and changing USB ports. Nothing has worked. Frustrated beyond belief. I finally bought a wired mouse and will use it until it breaks.

    :)
