So I’ve had this computer for 2 years, I took a break from gaming for about a year and came back to it recently, well was hoping to. I had to update everything of course and I did. Before I stopped playing, my internet speed was fantastic, downloading around 200 mbps. Fast forward til now I can only get 10 mbps max. I’ve tried everything I could find from running netsch commands, delivery optimization, etc and nothing has worked. I am at a loss and it’s very frustrating and disappointing.

    Windows 10 install error 0xc1900101 - 0x20017 Lenovo Y530

Y530 is NOT compatible with Windows 10. It is not on Lenovo's list of compatible notebooks. The Intel WiFi card is not compatible plus there are not recent drivers for some of the components. Do not waste your time with this model. There have been numerous
posts about this on many websites. Microsoft does not know and Lenovo will not support the Y530.

    Try this method:
    • First of all from Start Menu, open Settings (Type settings in the search bar and it will appear).
    • locate and select “Update and Security“.
    • in this window, Locate “Advanced Options”. Click on it.
    • In Advanced Options; Click on “Choose How Updates are Delivered“.
    • Turn off Updates from more than one place.
Your system will not work as a seeder for other Windows 10 users. It will give sudden boast to your Slow internet speed.
