Discus and support Windows 10 update stops me from playing all my games. in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; A few days before 10 08 2018, there was a windows 10 update.     Windows 10 update stops me from playing all my games.


    A few days before 10 08 2018,

    there was a windows 10 update.

    I did not agree, i did not start it...

    and it automatically updates after i went to the toilet...


    It was a super long update, which felt familiar.

    After the long update, i cant play any games.


    And i remembered it, it happened before, maybe a year before.

    So i wonder why, do you have to make windows 10 updates automatic?

    Why do you have to make windows 10 updates compulsory?

    Why do you have to stop me from playing games in the past and today again?


    The windows 10 updates really really feels like a downgrade, i have no idea

    whats the improvement, and it just stops me from doing all my stuffs

    and now i can only surf the web, youtube and google.

    Since your Windows 10 device is already updated, the next thing that we need to check are available updates for the affected game. To isolate the root cause of this issue, may we know if you encounter the same results when playing other games?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps provided on this

    BSOD When playing games

    Hi Jackson,

    Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

    Please share the information requested below:

    • Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
    • Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

    I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

    I uninstalled and re-installed the game. The freezing is still happening.
