Windows 10: Windows 10 update stuck at 61% and now says "Your version of Windows has reached the end of...

I'm trying to update my Windows 10 but it has been stuck at 61%. I have tried Windows 10 Update Assistance but also stuck at 99%. I have waited for almost 48 hours and it's been a week since then and now it says "Your version of Windows has reached the end of service. What should I do now? Any helps appreciated.

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
