Windows 10: Windows 10 update stuck at ''Downloading 100%'' for more than 6 hours, Please Help!

Hello guys so I had my pc fixed (new hard) and when I came home I installed windows 10 after that I updated the drivers, installed my games and apps also disabled a lot of settings that I don't need and went on to see if there was any windows update. I checked and there was a couple of them. After almost all of them downloaded 1 of them remained stuck at Downloading 100%. It's been like that for more than 6 hours. I've tried restarting my pc, using the windows troubleshoot tool and some things on command prompt that I found on the site and still nothing. I really don't want to reinstall windows 10 again cause it takes some time but if there is no solution I think I will have to. It's not the first time this happened but last time I restarted my pc and it worked. Please tell me there is a solution. I am also going to post a screenshot. Thanks!
