Windows 10: Windows 10 update stuck at zero percent. Tried every mainstream solution.

I have tried almost everything, i stopped the windows update service through cmd, deleted all temp files and checked for updates againa, but, no matter what i do, it always get stuck at zero percent, does anyone have any idea? I have already tried troubleshooter, restarting, every mainstream solution and it didnt work.Some of the evidence:

I use media create tool to upgrate my win7 which just clean install,

the tool donload the win10 and start to install , but it stuck in check update process,

the update progress is alway zero and circling?

should I update win 7 first to instal win10?

is this any probelm about the windows update?

 

battery drains to zero percent

I recently installed windows 10 education version on my dell laptop which microsoft has provided with licensed key as student.

Problem is-

Whenever I shut down or hibernate or sleep my computer and open after some hours or a day, battery discharge to zero percent. Once battery was 90 percent, i shut down computer and open after 4 hours and battery gone to zero. I have even updated my drivers from
dell website, but problem still persists.

 

Windows 10 working on updates stuck at 74 percent



Hi!
After resetting my asus laptop I update the windows and stuck on working on updates at 74 percent.. I tried turning on and off the laptop but still when you reach 74 percent it stuck and its been 7 hours and nothing happen, no blinking light also on the updates
icon on the computer. Thanks
