Windows 10: Windows 10 Update Stuck

Hello guys i am facing a problem with windows update.. Wifi turned off and suddenly the update for Windows 10 Version 1803 stuck on 44% and i have list of windows programs in pending install status... What should i do ?

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
