Windows 10: Windows 10 Update to 1903 stuck at 27%

I tried to update for few times and it always stuck at 27%., waited for 5 hours the last time and still the same.


At the Window Update page, it shows my window is updated but also says "Your version of Windows has reached end of service. We recommend you update to the most recent version of Windows 10 to get the latest features and security improvements."


What is wrong??

Update version 1903

When updating to version 1903, my computer gets stuck at 27% completed after 5 hours of updating. Can anyone tell me what is happening? Also, version 1809 showed on my list of failed installs and then it disappeared from the list. Was there a 1809?

 

Windows 10 Update from 1809 to 1903 stuck at 27%

Hi,

My computer is supposed to be updating from 1809 to 1903 right now - however for the past 20 or so minutes it has been stuck at 27% "Working on Updates".

So here's my question: What do I do? Can I cancel the update? Is there anything I can do to fix the update and get it going again?

Or will it be stuck like this forever and all of my files, applications, etc. gone?

Mushkin Chronos 500gb SSD for Windows installation

1TB Samsung 850EVO SSD

2TB Seagate SSHD

GTX 980Ti

i7-4790k

28GB DDR3 ram

I have a Plugable Docking station which I use as a USB hub, if that is relevant.

I also have a server (Western Digital MyCloud) on my home network which I use for file storage. I've heard external storage can cause issues for this particular update. Could this cause any problems?
