Windows 10: Windows 10 Update to 21H1 Fails. Attempted DISM Image Repair, but DISM Source Files Missing

Hello,I have been struggling with this for about a month now. Windows updates have failed every time that I have attempted to download them. I have been following a string of questions posted here but have reached a part where I am hopelessly lost. I have contacted Windows online support multiple times. Both Dism and Health Image fail, reporting missing source files

I'm trying to repair a W10 installation, and so I ran Dism. Unfortunately it fails, and reports that it can't locate the source files -

Error - cannot locate the source files:




The example I used for running Dism:




File Explorer, showing drive G, which was used when I ran Dism:





I then used Image Health tool instead. Unfortunately, this fails too, with the same issue -





I'm not sure if this is important, but the instructions for the Image Health tool says -Step 2: Right-Click IMAGE_HEALTH.CMD > Select Properties > Select Unblock
When I right clicked on this .cmd file, I couldn't see an option/property that said "Unblock" -

How to get damn DISM to work?

"sources" no capitol , and plural


i mounted the ISO, and ran this command here

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:WIM:X:\sources\Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess
"x" = drive letter

How to use DISM command tool to repair Windows 10 image

 

DISM command /RestoreHealth unable to find source files

I am unable to perform SFC Scan or DISM Restore Health Successfully.

Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 Build 19043.1083.

• sfc /scannow finds corruption its unable to fix.
  
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
  
  • Results in "The component store is repairable
    
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
  
  • Results in "The component store is repairable"
    
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  
  • Results in "The Source files could not be found"
    

I've downloaded what I believe to be the correct .iso file for the version of Windows I am running/needing. See below:





Mounting the .iso file to F: and pointing DISM to use its install.wim file is also failing.

• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:F:\Sources\install.wim
  
• Results in "The source files could not be found".
  

Could anyone help me decipher the log files?
