Windows 10: Windows 10 Update, Version 21H2 Stuck at 61% for months

I've had this windows update stuck at 61% for a while now. Restarts and Windows Updater Troubleshoot have yet to fix the problem. I've been unable to complete this update and it has also prevented me from updating my GPU. How can I finally fix this

Windows 20h2 installation stuck at 61% for months

Hi!

I can not get through with the installation of Windows 10 20H2 version. It keeps getting stuck at 61%.

I'm enable to contact support due to the "you are not the owner of the case" issue.

Any suggestion that might help?

Updating W10 19H2 to W10 21H2 installation stuck at 61% issue

Hello,

I have a computer running W10 version 19H2, I have tried downloading and installing the newest (21H2) version but it seems to get stuck at 61% every time, I have googled a bit and found some solutions with uninstalling the audio drivers such as Conexant. Tried this and didn't work. I have also tried to troubleshoot the windows updater but that did not help either. Uninstalled, downloaded and reinstalled all the old drivers but that didn't work.

Do you have any idea on how I should solve this issue?

Can I Update Windows 10 version 1909 to version 21H2 (latest)?

Then Please send the useful steps to do that...

By changing windows version 1909 to 21H2 does it removes all files(music, videos, software,etc.) present in my laptop or it is safe, nothing will be deleted.

Now I am not getting critical updates for windows version 1909.

Please anybody give suggestion regarding this matter.
