Windows 10: Windows 10 Update.

The current windows 10 update will not install I get the following Message: 2019-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4519338) - Error 0x80070002 How do I fix

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
