Windows 10: windows 10 update

I posted several weeks ago that the new update for windows 10 would only get to 75%, then I would get a blue error screen (page error in non paged area) and the system would revert back to my current OS. An independent adviser told me to put my rollback and panther logs to onedrive and share them with him to figure out the problem. After getting info from him on how to do this, I believe I did it correctly. My problem is that now the adviser no longer contacts me (it's been 2 weeks). Did I fall for a scam and let my computer open for hacking? There seems to be no change in any accounts on my computer, so I do not think I have been breached so far. I am still not able to update to the latest download (I did do a memory check per the virtual adviser...memory is fine). Any help with this would be appreciated as I am not computer savvy.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
