Windows 10: windows 10 update

my pc is not updating to windows 10 v 2004. i am getting error msg "we cannot update system reserved partition". Then i checked through disk management and i don't have any such partition named 'system reserved partition'. but i never got this error msg for upgrading windows before v2004.

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
