Windows 10: Windows 10 Update

Since the last update of Windows 10 on the 14 Aug 2020. I have so far noticed the following two issues.

1. Outlook keeps logging out of my email accounts.
2. The cursor no longer stops at the edge of the screen on the right hand side of my screen and bottom of my screen when I drag it around. It is as if it is picking up a much wider and deeper screen edge on the right and bottom than I have and disappears beyond the edge of my screen. The left and top edges are fine and the cursor does stop at the top and left edges of my screen.

I had telephonic support on the Outlook issue last week, with the technician taking control of my laptop to try and resolve the problem, but couldn't get it sorted out even after escalating it to level 2.

Can someone advise please.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
