Windows 10: Windows 10 update

I have tried to install 2020-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems KB4586786 numerous times Last failed install attempt on ‎12/‎3/‎2020 - 0x800f0922 with that error number. What can I do? How do I fix this?

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
