  1. Windows 10 updates continue to remove all my personal settings. How can I stop this, please?

As of July 9 2020 this still happen, even when I try to delay the next update. I've backed up everything onto an external drive and have to copy and paste everything onto the desktop every time there's an update, but even the printer has to be reprogrammed to see the WiFi router. Display settings and Personalisations disappear, and there seems to be no means of contact the people who control this nonsense. Can anyone help, please? Best wishes, Robert

    :)

How to stop Windows 10 from automatically installing new and updated drivers constantly (particularly for GPU users with stable drivers)

    • Right click "My Computer"
    • Click "Properties"
    • Click on "Hardware" tab
    • Click "Device Installation Settings"
    • Tick the "No, let me choose what to do"
    • Tick "Never install driver software from Windows Update"

Reinstalling Windows 10 to sell a PC - is the 'Remove everything' option enough?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true

    Windows 10 Tweaks

That doesn't stop windows update from grabbing them on next run, at least it didn't back in the RTM days. It simply stops a secondary process from installing them immediately.
