  2. Windows 10 Phone app fixes (2023) FR

I'll give you everything possible for fixing phone app. Even if you've tried a step please try it over in sequence here:

    1) Requirements and setup for phone app:

    https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/4531293/your-phone-system-requirements-and-set-up

How to setup Your Phone on Windows 10 and sync data between your PC and phone

    2) If it won't work properly then try resetting the App in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Your Phone or Phone link > Advanced Options > Repair and then Reset. Restart PC.

    3) Next try re-registering the app from Option 2 here:

Reinstall and Re-register Apps in Windows 10

    4) If those don't work then try the latest fixes working for Phone app:

    https://translate.google.com/transl...p-not-working-or-will-not-open-on-windows-10/

One of these should normally fix it.

    5) You can try reinstalling the app here:

    https://translate.google.com/transl...ll-or-reinstall-your-phone-app-in-windows-10/

    6) Go over this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done: https://translate.yandex.com/transl...529fd4-fac7-4653-893a-dd8cd4b4db00&lang=en-fr

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

    7) Update your drivers and BIOS/UEFI firmware from PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page, using the full model number, Serial Number or Dell Service Tag on sticker.

Compare the latest drivers available for download with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start Menu. Make sure you have the latest BIOS or UEFI firmware, Chipset, Display (Video), Sound, USB3, Bluetooth, Network and all other drivers, or else download and install the latest now.

Updating drivers from the Device Manager or Windows Update is rarely enough. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is keep the latest manufacturer's drivers installed from their Support Downloads web page.

    8) If this was caused by Windows Update(s) then you can check which were installed at Settings>Update & Security>Windows Update under Update History, then uninstall them from the link there, and immediately check for these again and hide with the Hide Updates tool explained here: https://translate.google.com/transl...0-hide-show-windows-updates-windows-10-a.html

You can also use System Restore to get before the problem began, then check for Updates with the Hide Update tool and hide them: https://translate.google.com/transl...central.com/how-use-system-restore-windows-10

    9) If nothing else works then do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool and then choosing to Upgrade Now. This reinstalls Windows while keeping files, programs and most settings in place, and is also the most stable method to advance to the latest version: https://translate.google.com/transl...ware.com/how-to/fix-windows-10-repair-install

  3. Fix Windows 10 Crashing (2023) FR

Let's go over Windows and hardware thoroughly to find and fix the problem. If any steps cannot be performed normally then try them in Safe Mode with Networking or Safe Mode: How to start Windows 10 in Safe Mode (9 ways) - Digital Citizen

    1) To troubleshoot a blue screen crash, download, install and run BluescreenView from NirSoft here: Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files. Report back the reported cause for further steps to fix it.

If no crash files or results, examine the Event Viewer for Errors as explained here: https://translate.google.com/transl...using-windows-admin-tools-like-a-pro/lesson3/

Then work through this Crashes checklist from Microsoft: Résoudre les problèmes d’écran bleu - Support Microsoft

    2) Update your drivers from the PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page, using the full model number, Serial Number or Dell Service Tag on sticker.

    3) Go over this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done: Yandex

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

    4) If nothing else helps you can run a Repair Install by installing the Media Creation Tool and choosing from it to Upgrade Now. This reinstalls Windows in about an hour while saving your files, apps and most settings, solves many problems while also bringing it up to the latest version which you need anyway and by the most stable method. http://windows.microsoft.com/fr-fr/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install

    5) Test the RAM overnight to stress it with the best bootable test memtest86, following this guide to test both sticks and slots: https://translate.google.com/transl...://www.wikihow.com/Test-PC-RAM-with-MemTest86

Run Crucial System Scanner to check the RAM is properly spec'd and configured, what upgrade options exist for first quality RAM: https://translate.google.com/transl...e=us-footer-_-us-upgrade-_-us-upgrade-scanner

    6) Test the hard drive or SSD with diagnostics: https://www.lifewire.com/free-hard-drive-testing-programs-2626183 https://translate.google.com/transl...sd-health-test-and-performance-monitor-tools/

HP and Dell have built in hardware Diagnostics, by powering up while pressing the ESC or F12 keys respectively.

Best is to use the HDD/SSD manufacturer's own if there is one, otherwise use Seatools bootable long test: https://translate.google.com/transl.../2013/04/04/boot-seatools-off-of-a-usb-drive/

Follow this up with a full Disk Check from the Command Prompt in Repair Mode or from bootable media: https://www.groovypost.com/howto/check-hard-drive-fix-failures-windows-10/ if necessary from the Command Prompt at boot:

    https://translate.google.com/transl...vanced-startup-options-boot-windows-10-a.html

    7) Stress test the rest of your hardware: https://translate.google.com/transl....com/best-tools-to-stress-test-p-cpu-ram-gpu/

    8) But remember that in Windows 10 everything depends upon the quality of the install, and Factory or Upgrade installs are inferior installs which most enthusiasts won't even run because they'd expect endless issues. Consider now or later doing the Clean Install in this link which compiles the best possible install that will stay that way as long as you stick with the tools and methods given: https://translate.yandex.com/transl...426bdf-79b1-4d42-be93-17378d93e587&lang=en-fr

Windows 10 Microphone fixes (2023) FR

I will give you all possible Microphone fixes to try in sequence. Even if you've already tried one I'd do it in this order as one step may affect the next.

    1) Try updating and reinstalling the Microphone driver in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button, then Device Manager, then Audio Input and Output devices, then Microphone . Choose Microphone then Driver tab, then Update > Automatically. If no newer try Driver tab > Update > Browse > Let Me Pick to try all previously installed drivers. If that fails try Driver tab > Uninstall, restart PC to reinstall driver.

    2) Update the Sound drivers from the PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page. While there make sure you also have the latest Chipset, Display, Network, USB and all other drivers, comparing with the version presently installed in Device Manager. If no newer driver then uninstall the ones presently installed in Device Manager, reached by right clicking the Start Button. Restart PC to reinstall. Please run the Recording Audio troubleshooter at Start button > Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshoot > Additional Troubleshooters.

    3) Try these fixes which apply next:

    4) Some report that what worked is turning off Fast Startup at Settings > System > Power & Sleep > Additional Power Settings > Choose what Power buttons do > Change Settings Currently Unavailable > uncheck the box for Fast Startup, Save Settings. Restart and then disable Hibernate file to clear it, restart PC again and enable Hibernate again: https://translate.google.com/transl...t.com/howto/enable-hibernate-mode-windows-10/

    5) Right click the volume icon in System Tray at right end of task bar, open Sound Settings, then Choose Your Input Devices, see if the microphone is listed, set it as Default device.

    6) Type Microphone in Start Search, open Set up Microphone, scroll down to Microphone and choose Get started to set it up.

    7) Also reset the prompt to ask for which device was plugged in here: https://translate.google.com/transl...you-just-plugged-unplugged-device-audio-jack/

Keep in mind you also have a one year manufacturer's support, repair and replacement warranty that comes with any hardware purchase, so if problems persist you can call on them to fix or replace it, making sure it gets done soon enough so you can ensure the repairs work in time for the warranty expiration, or extend it.
