Windows 10: Windows 10 updates & restarts when computer isn't in "use"

Windows 10's automatic update & restart system needs a serious overhaul - I can't begin to fathom why an OS would assume it's not in use, and safe to update & restart when the CPU is running at 50-60% and is CLEARLY working on something.Why is it set up like this? I understand the theory that at 2am, someone isn't likely to be physically using the machine, however when there are scripts and computational work being carried out - why is this an acceptable time to restart?I realize you can "pause" updates and whatnot, but the point I'm trying to understand is why can't Windows recog

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Anyway , You are luckier than me. My computer was locked directly after updated to Windows 10 . but the solution is easy.

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.
