Windows 10: windows 10 updates stuck

The updates stuck in the installing updates but never finish and never restart. It is loading for 2 hours now. I dont have problem with the update before and I always make sure that my PC is up to date. I dont know the problem and I want to make it updated.

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
