Windows 10: Windows 10 Updates

I use an HP Notebook with Windows 10 Home 64 Bit. I keep getting messages that my computer needs updates. Under Settings I have set my Active Times and Restart Options (Schedule a time), but the Updates don't seem to happen when I want them to do so. The Updates Status shows that "Updates are available" and the Updates History shows many "Failed Updates". When I go to "Restart Options - schedule a time", the box is unticked, but there's no option to tick it (it's greyed out). How do I get this box to work? I use a Monthly Plan of 5GB which is ample for my type of usage - except when Windows 10 Updates eats most of it up. So, I use free wifi at the local Library. I want to be able to complete these Updates in the background while I'm using the free wifi. Is there an easy/easier way out? I have attached the relevant screenshots so that you can see what I mean. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
