Windows 10: Windows 10 Updates

Hi, i have a problem for my pc. Ever since i got it the function update doesn't work. It gets stuck. And after the update is finished i have a black screen. So i uninstalled the update and everything after that works fine till last time it happened. I did the same thing and even tried to install it with the windows update assistant wich didnt work either. Now i have an other quality update wich also gets stuck at around 90% and when i leave it there, the percentage doesn't go up and its stuck again. I have an rx 580 8gb and ryzen 5 2600, 16gb patriot viper rgb ram and the asus strix b350 f gaming. Can please someone help me how to fix that.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
