Windows 10: Windows 10 Updates

I am trying to get updates of windows 10 newest version only that it shows words in red ,"Your device is at risk because its out of date and missing important security and quality updates. lets get you back on track so windows can run more securely. select this button to get going". below that there is a button of "Check for updates". upon clicking it, it checks and fails to proceed only to be back.how would I get helped?2 weeks ago it was ok. I downloaded WINDOWS 10 version of 21h2 but PC shut down in the process of installation hence the problem. how then would I fix the problem and start ge
