Power went off in the middle of Windows 10 update

I was in the middle of a windows 10 update when the power went off. Now I have an install windows error message when I try to restart.

"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an expected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows click OK to restart the computer and then restart the installation. "

I have an ISO to try to reinstall Windows 10 but cannot get the computer that far.

Anyway , You are luckier than me. My computer was locked directly after updated to Windows 10 . but the solution is easy.
