    Windows 10 upgrade crashed my computer. IOS is gone.


    After upgrading from Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit), to Windows 10, my computer crashed. There appears to be no IOS at all. My start button doesn't work. I tried alternative suggestions for system recovery when the start button doesn't work. NOTHING works. I don't have Windows 7 disks because it came on my computer when I purchased it. How can I reinstall Windows 7? When I could still go online (but just couldn't open any files or programs), I tried to download it from Microsoft, but when I entered the registration key from my computer, it wouldn't work because it was factory installed. I have already bought a new computer, and the store transferred my files to the new one, so I'm not concerned about saving files or programs. I just want to have my old computer working again with Windows 7 Home Premium or Windows 10. Please help (in layman's terms, as I am not very computer savvy)! Thank you.

    My computer crashed and I had to reinstall my IOS from the old restore key which only had the windows 8.1 version on it, not the free Windows 10 upgrade which I had downloaded several months ago How do I reinstall Windows 10 on my computer without having

    Windows 8.1 Computer chrash

    AFter reserving my windows 10 upgrade, my windows 8.1 computer crashed. The windows icon in the lower right hand corner is now gone. Will I still receive the "reserved" windows 10 copy, or do I have to take other action
