Windows 10: Windows 10 Upgrade fails with "Failed to determine source edition type" it actually is empty!

I try to Upgrade an old 1909 to 21H2 which succeeded several times before but not with this machine.The error in the setupact.log is the one in the title and the log shows this detail:Source OS: Host SKU Info: Edition = 'Enterprise', Edition Type = '', Installation Type = 'unknown', Product Name = 'Windows 10 Enterprise', Arch = amd64, StationType = Client Workstation, Stage type = Staged Image=> How can I fix the >> Edition Type = '' << being empty? Is it somewhere in the registry so I could fix it and get my build upgrade-able again?

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

 

What is causing Prime 95 to keep failing all the time in the first 10 minutes?

...and what will be your next step if THAT fails to make Prime stable? More volts?

I would think you would want to be using the LEAST amount of volts possible (for heat and longevity issues). That's why I suggested you use a more scientific approach to troubleshooting your instabilty. Meaning, IF your RAM passes 10 loops of MemTest with no errors at the speed you are trying to run, AND Prime continues to fail, THEN consider giving a bump to NB, FSB and Vcore (in that order).
