    on my 8.1 Lenovo laptop Windows 10 upgrade spends 3-4 hours downloading, installs and fails . It then spends 3-4 hours downloading, installs and fails, . It then spends 3-4 hours downloading, installs and fails...................................

    This is eating into my download allowance and I can't stop it.

    I can't hide the window 10 upgrade and can't stop it failing. I have downloaded the USB version and that fails too.
