Windows 10: Windows 10 Upgrade Feature Update Timing?

Discus and support Windows 10 Upgrade Feature Update Timing? in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I've been running Windows 10 vs. 1909 for quite a while, but Windows Updated has not offered to upgrade me.     Windows 10 Upgrade Feature Update Timing?


    I've been running Windows 10 vs. 1909 for quite a while, but Windows Updated has not offered to upgrade me. I understand the current version is [COLOR=rgba32, 33, 36, 1]20H2. When must I upgrade to the current version, or at least to a newer one? Will this upgrade be forced on me, or do I need to do something manually? Thanks in advance! -- JCW2[/COLOR]

    Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

    Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.
