Windows 10: Windows 10 upgrade from 8.1 x64 fails at 75% percent

My pc HP Elitebook 745 G3 is having problems installing Windows 10 21H1 using the in-place upgrade from media creation tool and using setup.exe from the iso.I have used sfc /scannow and DISM scan health and DISM restore health. System locale is English, United States. Also, bios is in UEFI mode with Secure Boot off. Windows 10 Upgrade crashes at 75 percent

Hi,

That didn't work. The screen went black again at 75 percent and i force shut down the PC. After turning it on again it went back to installing and got to 84 percent, where it froze and refused to continue. Shutting the PC down again resulted in Windows restoring
my Win 8.1 installation.

I ran the command from the thread you gave me and then started downloading the update. Should I do the steps in a different order? Can you provide some other troubleshooting steps?

Nope, still waiting for a better solution. I tried the steps in the article above, but they did not work. Last time the upgrade froze at 93 percent.

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
