    Windows 10 Upgrade from ver 1607 to 1803


    Update keeps failing, I have done a full factory restore as I suspect a Windows update to my system on Oct 14 crashed it! Blue screen and would not come out of recovery loop!


    Not a happy camper! The Win Upgrade to 1803 will not install, today tried running it and trouble shooting different things, I did however notice a "LOT OF ACTIVITY" on my external 1TB drive that is partitioned and assigned drive "G" & "J"

    After the last failure I discovered a folder had been created on my external drive as well as my "C" drive named "Windows10upgrade" on the "G" dive it contains two files named

    "17134.112.180619-1212.rs4_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTCONSUMER_RET_x64FRE_en-us.esd" at 3,397,035kb EACH

    The "C" drive has the same folder but the files have been expanded.


    I will make one last attempt at this upgrade before I throw in the towel and switch my system to APPLE or LINUX!

    Hello,

    I'm trying to upgrade my good old Lumia 1520 to the newest windows 10 version (1803) but unfortunately without positive result.

    Does anyone have a suggestion for me how to upgrade from 1607 (14393.2363) to 1803 on my phone?
