Windows 10: Windows 10 upgrade issues - currently stuck at 99%

Hi -I've tried everything to update my Windows 10 device HP laptop which is currently running Windows 10 Home 64 bit version 1909 OS Build 18363.1556. Initially I tried updating to version 20H2 and failing that version 21H1. Both version upgrades have been attempted multiple times. So far I've done the following based on previous advice:Method 1: Run the SFC.Follow the below steps:Open Command Prompt.Select “Run as Administrator”.Type “sfc /scannow” without quotes and hit Enter.Now check for the issue.Method 2: Run the DISM Tool.If the issue persists, I would have you run the DISM
