    Windows 10 upgrade on lenovo miix 2.8


    So i have an otg cable, iso on flash drive, keyboard and mouse. I get to the very first screen of the installation and I can't do anything. Touch screen doesn't work, keyboard doesn't work, mouse doesn't work. What am I doing wrong.

    Lenovo Miix 2 8 tablet update to Windows 10

    Since the Miix 2 8 has only 2GB of RAM and Lenovo do not officially support it for Windows 10 you would need to use the 32-bit Windows 8.1 chipset and TXEI driver software for a clean install of Windows 10.

    The only sensible option is to install 32-bit Windows 10, as I did on mine.

    after upgrade to windows 10 from windows 8.1 my lenovo miix 2 8" cameras do not work.

    I've installed Windows 10 on my Miix 2 and have been experiencing problems getting sound/mic/camera to work. There's no official driver, but you can use the driver for Win 8.1 on Windows 10. Download three drivers and install all three and see if that helps.

    -Hiking TXEI Drivers for Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

    -Hiking Platform Drivers for Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

    -Realtek Audio Drivers for Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

    You might not need the Realtek drivers, but I thought I'd leave that in there just in case. Link to drivers on Lenovo site is:

    Now my Miix 2's sound, mic, and camera all works on Windows 10.
