Windows 10: Windows 10 Upgrade to 11 fails stating "uninstall Oracle VirtualBox" but it's not...

Hi, today I'm trying the upgrade. I've tried before when it told me that it's incompatible with Oracle VirtualBox. Surprisingly to me it was about Hyper-V installed on my machine. However, I've uninstalled Hyper-V today, rebooted, tried again the upgrade to Windows 11. Firstly it said everything would be fine, but the install routine of Windows 11 itself then said I'd have to uninstall Oracle VirtualBox manually. And there's nothing about Oracle VirtualBox on my system.Any experiences with installing Windows 11 on ex Hyper-V Windows 10 computers?

Oracle VirtualBox not compatible with Windows 10

A several months ago I upgraded to Windows 10. I had been using an old MS DOS database via Oracle VirtualBox in Windows 8.1 so I installed it on the new system and it worked OK and I used it in Windows 10 for several weeks. But, all of a sudden it won't
open! Double click icon on task bar.... nothing, double click icon on desk top...nothing! I tried re-installing it....still nothing! I ran Windows troubleshooter and it says the program is incompatible! It worked at one time!!! Any ideas how to make
it work???

Windows 10 and Oracle VM virtual box

Hi,

I am facing the same problem, I got the notice it is ready to upgrade to windows 10, however I need to be sure my windows XP - Oracle VM Virtualbox 4.2.28 is compatible with windows 10 if I upgraded to windows 10.

After upgrading, do I need to uninstall the OLD Oracle VM Virtualbox and reinstall the a new version Oracle VM Virtualbox? And what version I should install for free?

VirtualBox crashes with 14382, and uninstall preview build hangs/fails

Hello-

Today I received build 14328 (upgraded from current release build of Windows10).

Oracle VirtualBox fails to start (crashes immediately); it works fine on the released build.

So, I attempt to 'uninstall latest preview build' to roll back to my previous build. When

I click that, it goes gray, I get the wait cursor, and then nothing. Eventually the Settings app

just crashes. Help!
