Windows 10: Windows 10 upgrade

Look at the bottom line of ShowKeyPlus. OEM Edition, what version does it say?

YES I am downloading now from the tech bench , my version is 1.0.5835 and is windows 7 home premium so I choose just windows 10 .Do you think I can leave it running and get back to it tomorrow morning as it is not even up to 1gb yet or will it be to late to get the free windows 10 , its 23.18 hours here and am getting tired . I don't really want to stay up for 4 hours waiting I have been with it for hours already as you know .

 

I don't know. I think the free upgrade ends tonight at midnight (Pacific Time Zone). I read they are not going to extend it one minute. I don't know how that compares to your time zone. I would try to get it done before then.

 

I am shattered so I am going to leave it , if it is to late then to bad such a shame though especially when you can't get it to load , I think Samsung have a lot to answer for to !!
Thank you so much for all your help I really did appreciate it , maybe tomorrow I will be able to put it on , not sure of the time so it is now 30th July so I may have missed it .

I forgot you were upgraded to Windows 10 a few months back. I bet you are going to be okay if you can get it upgrade without turning off. Good luck.

Goodmorning , this is what downloaded last night and it doesn't do anything at all , so glad i didn't stay up !!!!!

 

The .part isn't good.
I would try it again - the servers might be quieter now. But you'd have to get it downloaded, installed and activated by 11am UK time, which is a bit tight for comfort!

I am now downloading again I am like a dog with a bone ,but I do think Samsung should have sorted this out by now my laptop lenova wasn't a problem, any how I am up to 47% but it will be the activating that will be interesting to watch see what percent it switches off on !

Well it happened again , I clicked the icon for wind 10 and choose troubleshoot compatability I got will need to post screen shot
