Windows 10: Windows 10: USB 3.0 Ports Turn Off after Sleep Mode

I have a Dock Station connected to my Laptop. After restarting my laptop from sleep mode, when my dock is connected to my USB 3.0, it appears to be turned off and turn-ons after my laptop is on because all my windows in my monitors get sent to the laptop screen. This doesn't happen on my only USB 2 Port, my laptop restarts and turns on my Main Monitor first not the laptop's and all my windows open in the monitors where I left them before putting my laptop to sleep.


I've changed the Power Plan Option Disabled the Usb Settings -> USB selective suspend setting and disabled the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" on all USB devices that I could change that option, in device manager ->Universal Serial Bus Controllers.

My computer is Dell 15 5575 Inspiron and dock is QGeeM USB 3.0 Docking Station...

Windows 10 wont stay in sleep mode

I have noticed that if my USB 3.0 hubs are connected to the onboard USB 3.0 ports, the system will wake instantly from sleep without anything showing in the lastwake command. I'll look into BIOS options there... but its happening with nothing plugged into them, and the system just stayed in sleep mode the 5 hours i was at work, despite waking up half a dozen times before i left for work :/

doesnt have the dehumidify option.

I had this as i was just trying it but i was in the bios for changing the USB legacy for USB2\3 and noticed it don't do it any more.

I normally have USB Legacy turned off but i turned it on due to my Sensei Wireless because how is it supposed to recharge when not in use and just tried sleep mode to see if any thing messes up and noticed it all worked perfectly fine.

EDIT: ooh you all so have ASRock mobo so check if the dehumidifier is turn on\off, as that will turn on\off the system.

 

Windows 10: USB 3.0 ports fails to work after PC come out from Sleep Mode

Old title: Windows 10: USB 3.0 ports inop after sleep

Windows 10 upgrade complete on Z77X chipset system. Only one issue remains: after entering sleep mode, the USB 3.0 ports on the back panel do not work with USB 3.0 devices upon wake. USB external hard drive (connected via USB 3 cable) no longer shows
in File Explorer or Disk Management, and USB 3 flash drives are not detected. However, USB 2.0 devices plugged into the ports are still recognized.

The 3.0 functionality returns after a Windows restart, but consistently fails after the computer enters and then wakens from sleep mode. Have already worked on USB power options, reinstalled (latest) drivers, etc. No issues are apparent in Device Manager.

FWIW, system has two front panel 3.0 ports, and they work normally after sleep mode, but that's a lousy place to plug in an external USB HDD.
