    I have a Lenovo ThinkPad P51s running Windows 10.I always use an Asus Zenscreen secondary monitor via USB-C. Lately, my PC does not recognize it. That USB-C port on my computer is able to recognize my phone and other devices. The Zenscreen works via the same USB-C cable on my work computer which also runs Windows 10. I have installed the latest Zenscreen drivers. The message on the screen still simply states: "Display Port - No Signal."Any other advice or ideas on what the problem may be?

    USB-C to Display Port not working?

    I have an X1 Yoga with Windows 10, attempting to connect to an external HP monitor using one of the two USB-C Thunderbolt ports. I bought a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter from Lenovo, connecting the adapter to the DisplayPort cable that came with the monitor.
    No signal on monitor. It's a brand new monitor and it works fine using HDMI, but due to availability of ports I want to use the USB-C connection.

    When I plug in the USB-C to DisplayPort adapter I get a message "PC isn't charging". The power cord is plugged into the other USB-C port and otherwise works fine. I have tried switching around the USB-C to DisplayPort adapter to the other port but still
    no signal to the monitor.

    Please help.

    Hi Prakhar,

    take a look at my comments.

    1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently? > V 1903 (Build 18362.449)
    2. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue? > NO, it's a clean Windows System
    3. Are you using a docking station? > NO!
    4. Have you tried connecting the external monitor using HDMI connection? > The monitor works with USB-C and HDMI. However, it only works with USB-C if I use the USB-C power supply at the same time. If I only use the USB-C monitor (with battery operation)
      and the battery is full (charged by the USB-C monitor), then the monitor no longer works.

    External monitor through USB-C not working after 21H1 update

    Same issue for me too. External monitor via USB C port was working till windows 11 Beta and windows 10.. but with full version external monitor connected via USB C port is not getting detected.

    With HDMI it is still working fine.. Basically I am not able connect two external monitors now .. as my laptop has only 1 HDMI port..
