Windows 10: WINDOWS 10 user acct email and pic changed mysteriously

Today while adding an email to outlook on my win10 laptop, the email and picture for the the username changed.This laptop has myself and stlocal as the users....stlocal I think was put there by the company who's software we use for our business.I added a former employee's hotmail to the outlook on this laptop I had already done this with success on my PC and I closed the laptop for dinner. When I returned from dinner and opened the laptop, the picture for the login was this former employee's email picture, BUT my username was still correct and PASSWORD was correct.I then clicked on STA

This didnt work for me, but it did help me take a different direction. Realized the wrong acct was put for the admin, so needed a pw to login. So I did a new user, with the correct email . It is working, now I want to delete that other user (wrong
one) , all the info on that acct, got to try and figure out how I can copy it over to the right acct. ex, doc, pic, etc...

 

using email acct to log in your windows 10 on pc?


Its been safe for me for over a year now ,,like already suggested ,don't use you main email acct ,create an outlook.com acct, just for use with windows 10 ,

 

My mispelledmail acct

one of my e mail addresses is misspelled, but is one of those accts that pops up when I go to log in to an e mail acct. How do I remove this misspelled acct from this list of accts that pop up as suggestions when I begin typing in the email acct I want.
