Windows 10: Windows 10 "User Profile Cannot Be Loaded" after reset

Hello,I recently had decided to perform a reset on my laptop when it seemed as though I somehow had contracted corrupted data but I couldn't locate the source as the computer would not let me run a sfc scan or a dism scan. Both resulted in errors and I opted to reset the entire system from a fresh start. I had made a wrongful assumption that I didn't need to put a clean install of Windows 10 on a usb drive and instead had chosen for the install to come from a Cloud drive but I didn't realize that I still would've needed to download the Windows 10 install from online. Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

Windows Profile Not loading, Everything seems to reseted

I am not seeing that I am logged into an temporary profile. It is the same user profile of mine, however there seem to reset of everything with program files along with all missing application, I can still see go to the C> Program files or USER> APP Data> Local| Roaming |... Stand Corrected: I am in Temporary profile based on the eventViewer log displayed

I am hoping some windows update didn't do this, The last one was KB4023057. I also did update my AMD graphic driver and AMD Chipset. With this steps, I was careful with having to uninstall with DDU in safe mode, then reinstall the AMD software.

This issue might be due to the User profile Services, please follow the below and check.

I suggest you to Check the status of User profile services.

Steps:

• Press Windows + R to open Run command, type
  Services.msc and press Enter.
• Search for User Profile Service, right click on it and
  start the service.
• Also, set the Startup type to
  Automatic.
• Now check if you are able to log-in.
