Windows 10: Windows 10 using over 60% ram without any background apps

Hi I'm on windows 10 20h2 and I'm experiencing an issue with windows using over 60% of my ram when no program or background apps are on, i made sure to disable every background app every extra service every startup app to the point where only apps and services are up when I turn it on are the system services yet it still keeps a 60% ram usageI checked how much ram my windows user is using in task manager and it's only 200mb.This is very frustrating as simply opening a browser gets me to 80-90% ram usage even tho my windows user would only reach 500mb of ram usedMy specs are 4gb of ram1tb HDDIn

Hi, have you ever removed Edge?

Sometimes this might happen because there's a MS server issue. However, what you say above suggests something else may be amiss.

N.B. after resetting Spotlight as Bree suggests, it may take several days (in my experience) before it starts working again.

Windows still know 64GB and photoshop can use 32 GB. but when photoshop use over 60% system ram (still free 30GB ram), Windows auto close it. No Problem of board or processors. Problem window use % detect app and auto
close it when use 60% system ram

Why you don't think windows very stupid managament ram? look linux very best for setting ram avaiable use want to use.

 

Apps only run as background pocesses

To manage background apps in Windows 10, you can follow these steps:

• Go to Start menu and select Settings.
• Click on Privacy on the Settings window.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the list and select Background apps.
• You’ll see a list of apps that have permission to run in the background with an
  On/Off toggle.
