Windows 10: Windows 10 v 20H2 refuses to update

I have had the exact same two updates fighting each other on my computer for three months now, one Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 version 1.355.1876.0, and one 2022-01 Cumulative Updaye for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems KB5009543 and they keep trying to download and install at the same time, which just results in my computer having a stroke and refusing to function with anything else. I had the same problem back in early November, but I just set my computer to not update since then, as I thought maybe this problem would be addresse

Update History is not showing v.20H2

This is normal behavior in Windows 10, typically when you install a Feature Update like 20h2, the update history is wiped, this is to prevent the user from trying to uninstall an update that was prior to the Feature Update, which would de-stabilize Windows
10, the list should start building again, when some updates are applied to version 20h2 . . .

20H2 should not be installed right-away on your device - MS said the rollout is only to a fraction of users and would be labeled as an optional update initially. Are you enrolled in WIP?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
